A Healthy diet continue





       I study about healthy diet and Japanese diet. Eating a healthy diet keeps your body healthy foods like fruits and vegetables are a nutritious food. 





      At present, there are many healthy foods. Japanese food is considered a food that most people like to eat is sold in many countries. It is a health food. Most Japanese people eat the vegetables, the fish most Japanese people healthy. People mostly Westerners interested in Japanese food Japanese food because it has low cholesterol.Westerners that make people interested in Japanese food even more.






           My reading strategies find the words from the dictionary. Reading and writing vocabulary. My attitude towards the lesson is should eat healthy food such as vegetables.  And should exercise more often to good health.
