My diet






I think my diet is quite healthy.



I eat a lot of  rice, vegetables, and fruit.


I try not to eat junk food too much.



For breakfast I usually eat  rice, stir basil,  and fried egg and at luachtime I eat fried rice,fried chicken and fruit .


In the evening I eat noodle and fruit.


One thing I love is fruit and one thing I never eat is Southern Food.
